Cornerstone Health was built for adults living with mental illness, addiction, or both — including people experiencing homelessness. We treat the whole person, not one diagnosis at a time.

  • Co-occurring care, together. Mental health and substance use treated in one place, by one team — no being bounced between agencies.
  • Medication for opioid use disorder. Buprenorphine (Suboxone) and recovery support, started without a long wait.
  • Connected to housing. We help link you to supportive housing and community resources so care can actually stick.
  • Met with dignity. Peer counselors who've walked this road sit alongside our clinical team.

Substance use & recovery

Individual and group counseling for alcohol and drug use, grounded in your goals — not judgment.

Medication management

Psychiatric medications and medication for opioid use disorder, managed by our prescriber.

Peer support

Certified peer counselors with lived experience who help you navigate care and stay connected.

Housing & community

Case management and connections to supportive housing, benefits, and basic needs.

One team coordinating your medical, behavioral, and social care so nothing falls through.
